We have a silverlight application and our product manager wants to run it in IE edge. Is it possible?

What I have tried:

tried searching online, couldnt find answer

You need to improve you googling capabilities...

And update your application to use modern technologies... When Silverlight was lauch it make sense as mose peoples use a few desktop browsers and HTML 5 was not yet the a well supported standard. Now the market has decide that HTML 5 is the standard, it does not make much sense for Microsoft to continue in their own path.

Silverlight is not support in Microsoft Edge.

You obviously didn't try searching very hard - the first page of results from a Google search for "Silverlight Edge"[^] all tell you the same thing! :)
