A code submitted on Code Project is later used by another open source project and released under GNU GPL. What will be the license terms then. Will that code be governed by CPOL or GNU GPL.<b></b>

Solution 1

We're programmers, what do we know about the laws (and no, logic almost never dictates how to interpret a law or legal question)? Contact a lawyer.

My first guess is that you cannot change the original license without the author's permission, but like I said, I'm a programmer - not a lwayer.
