Problem for autocomplete inside jquery dialog

Hi
i have an update panel and a jquery dialog box.Inside jquery dialog i have an jquery autocomplete textbox.But my issue is autocomplete not working inside dialog box.I have appended the autocomplete functionality to the parent element but still not working.I have appended jquery dilaog to form elemnt but after each postback unnecessary commas are coming inside textboxes which is inside the dialog

pls help

appendTo:form
but comma are coming inside textbox of jquery dialog after postback
