How to store attendance from bio-metric device to SQL server C#

I have a bio-metric device through which I have to perform attendance process.
I have to save the attendance data in SQL Server 2008 database.
Please provide some key ideas....

What I have tried:

Use of bio-metric devices is totally new for me and I have no any Idea about that.
I am using the device is : SAVIOR : Biometric Fingerprint

It's not clear what you are after ... how to use the device? (Contact the Vendor), how to use SQL Server (read a book or tutorial)?
