how to get webservice data in java & In which object can i store?

I have the webservice which returns in the form of xml tags like

<number>43517
<name>Bundle
<quantity>15
<tax>17.03

How to take these values & in which variable can I store for displaying....
Please tell me asap if any one knows.

It would help if you copied in an example of the XML.
