Multiple locators in universal windows app

Is it possible to have multiple service locator on the app startup?

<Application.Resources>
        <servicesu:DeviceLocatorService x:Key="xyz"  d:IsDataSource="True" />
        <servicesc:LocatorService x:Key="abc" d:IsDataSource="True" />
    </Application.Resources>

What I have tried:

If one service is commented out then it works, but I need to have both locators working. Any help is greatly appreciated.
