Problems changing from temporary password

My password misplaced, I sent the request ...
In response, I got

We've generated a time-limited password you can use to login in again:
Logon email : xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Password : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I have made several attempts to change from this temporary version,
and each time I get
"Items that need attention:
•Unable to update password. Please ensure you provide the correct current or temporary password"

Please let me know what to do

What I have tried:

I have tried Several attempts to get this thing done.

Tour remark that
"Both the question and 'What have you tried' must be at least 30 characters.
•Please revise your tag selection."

just adds to the frustration.
(I first did just "Several attempts")

And then I get "At least one tag must be selected.".... !!! (arrgghh)

Solution 1

First of all, don't write your email and password in a public forum.
Someone might pickup on that and either spam you or try to login as you.

Then this is not the right forum for this question.
