hello every one
sir is there any api available for c# that convert speech to text. im making a voice based system where user just speak and software recognize these word and type. im using custom grammar for this but its not enough to recognize everything because i need to write every single word is there any api available then please reply

What I have tried:

im already using custom grammar method and also try dictation grammar but dictation grammar not provide exact result and very slow method :(

Congratulations! What you say is correct. I actually tried quite reasonably working dictation, and even for different languages... for Android. Sorry... What Microsoft supplies can be called spectacular failure. :-)

Microsoft's speech API is not setup for full dictation.

Something like Dragon[^] is, but it isn't free.

Formally speaking... it is "set up", but using it... (sigh)... it works, but it would be millions times better if it did not work at all. Frustration is guaranteed. I mean, turning output to text would not be a problem, but who needs text which has nothing to do with the actual speech? :-)

Yeah, I've been there. I consider it non-functional it was so bad.

Agree. Amazingly, I tested it on Android in different languages, where it can be installed as one of the keyboards. It was so accurate that it could compete with typing on a small virtual keyboard. The contrast is dramatic...
