Webex recorder issue

I am not able to open webex recorder in my system. IT was working fine but suddenly it is not opening at all. I got some errors saying "Compatibility Issue". Kinldy help me out.

What I have tried:

I have tried to fix it with troubleshooter and i got the error message Incompatible application. I couldn't find any help in google also.

Guess what ? We are not support for this product.
Why don't you ask Cisco ?
