Clip boar imports

I am a beginner
I would like to import data from the clipboard which was copied from the excel range and save in to the datagrid.

I would like it validated in the datagrid and posted to the data to the tables.

How I can achieve this in vb.net

Please help

Rather than do it from a clipboad, do it directly...see here[^]

Now the second link is for c#, but the principals are the same and it should be easy to convert.
