How to create apk file in ASP.NET or how to create apk file of web url

dear all
i have create a website. i want to create apk file setup(or setup file). so i can register it for android and ios mobile app, user can click on shortcut icon and website open automatically

What I have tried:

try to create apk of web url, i am working on asp.net

You want to create a shortcut for your weburl? If people would choose to use your website they would create shortcut by themselves or at least they would have bookmarked your site.
Anyway, apk files are android special. If you want to create any sort of application on android asp.net is the right tool. apk would not be suitable for ios either.

thanks for your response. what is suitable for ios. i don't have work on ios and android. which language i use for android and ios

You can use apache cordova. It will give you same output as you want,
