Package location does not exist or deployer user does not have access

Hi All,

We are deploying applications using Release management and version control as TFS, During the deployment TFS is building and keeping all files in drop location,RM is collecting all files from drop and deploying it to on premises servers.Now the problem for few projects RM is unable to pick the package from drop though there are compiled files in drop location anyone can help me here to understand the problem as deployer user is given access to the drop folder.

I will get below error during deployment

"Package location <location of="" package=""> does not exist or deployer user does not have access"

What I have tried:

-- I have verified the User is given the permission on drop folder
-- Validated the drop folder to see all files are present after Build
