How to optimize PDF size in ASP.NET with VB.NET?

Hi,
I have uploaded pdf using fileupload control using asp.net with vb.net then Pdf Size to large S o I need to reduce pdf size without affecting original quality.I know some third party tools like Itextsharp, Aspose these are paid License.
Please let me know If any free open source is available.

I have tried only using PAid license to upload pdf file. like itextsharp and aspose also.

Best way of optimizing PDF is optimizing it out, not using at all.
