In outlook 2010, how do you grab calendar info?

I just started playing with developing in outlook today and have a button in the Add-Ins tab that functions like I want it to. Next I need to grab all appointments from my calendar [eventually our whole teams calendars], but keep running into dead ends everywhere I'm researching. Most of what I'm finding is just how to create a calendar LIKE the one in Outlook. So how do I get my Calendar info from Outlook itself??
