Custom credential providers - report result is not called by windows

Hi to everyone,

I have created a custom credential provider, which will the user to provide a pin during login, change password and reset password. And I have tested the credential provider in windows 7 sp1 x86 and x64, It works fine. But when I tried to install the credential provider to many system and find that in a few machine, Report Result function is not called by the operating system at the time of password expiry (reset password).

I have created the credential provider in visual studio 2013 and i have checked the system for dependency. But I didn't find any issues in the system and there is no difference in hardware configuration of working and non - working system (Where the report result is not called). I have tried with restart the operating system also, but there is no improvement.

Kindly help me, what can be the possibility of the issue.
