I am using a gridview where 10 column 7 column we can enter data but in three column add row, remove and file upload.

I am facing the issue when i select the file and click on add row button then file uploader become empty.i am using file uploader in itemtemplate of gridview.

What I have tried:

i find the file uploader control and addrow button in rowcommand of gridview.when debugger going to the file uploader then it become empty.at the time of the save button it show the error message object refrence is not set.why? please help.
