how to add a exe to the startup folder using the INNO setup?

What I have tried:

i have created a shortcut to exe on my desktop and copied the shortcut to the startup with INNO Setup but when the OS changes(win7 to WINXP) my folder location
(WIN7->C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
WINXP->C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup)
also changes so the exe could not be copied.so i want to know is there any common path for startup which is indepenedent of OS(WIN7 or XP).

Use the shell folder constant {commonstartup}, as documented here[^].
