What I have tried:

I tried the export to excel option in outlook,but that gives me only part of the mail body in excel and that also in just one column.Is there any way i can get each of these mail details in seperate column in excel?

You would need to read each line of the message body and parse it to decide where and how you want to store the information. What language are you using to write your application?

There are the ways to achieve that, but at least you have to tag your programming language and platform. "Visual Studio" is just the IDE...
