How to build SAP .NET connector proxy

Hi,

I have a requirement to Integrate VB.Net to SAP. I am using VS2010 and SQL 2008.
I have created one Windows Application using VB and i have already Installed SAP.Net Connector 3.0 in my system, but while adding the New item i am unable to find the SAP connector proxy template/icon in the Adding new item window.
Please help me what to do.

What I have tried:

I have Installed SAP .Net Connector 3.0 but unable to find template/icon of SAP Connector Proxy template in Adding new Item window.
