What I have tried:

i tested this solution too:
To resolve this issue, manually remove the hcmon.sys driver from your server.

To manually remove the hcmon.sys driver from the server:

Right-click My Computer and click Manage.
Click Device Manager.
Click View > Show hidden devices.
Double-click Non-Plug and Play Drivers.
Right-click VMware hcmon and click Uninstall.
Rename the C:\windows\system32\drivers\hcmon.sys file to hcmon.sys.old.

but i can not find hcmon.sys in device manager!!

  2. Stop the VMware Services on the Windows host operating system
  3. Uninstall the VMware network bridge adapter
  4. Uninstall all VMware devices
  5. Delete folders on the Windows host containing files for the VMware product.
  6. Delete the VMware shortcut icons from the desktop.
  7. Delete these files: ...
  8. Delete the __vmware_user__ local user and the __vmware__ local group from the Windows system, if they exist.
