How do i create custom scripts for outlook

Hi guys,

so i got this thing i need to do for work where i got 2 email address, however all incoming address is going to test@test.com but what i need it to do is redirect it equally,so for instance every second incoming mail that comes to test@test.com needs to be redirected to test1@test.com, is there anyway i can get this to work in outlook or how do i write a script for this? i know vb.net language
