how we can find devices connected to a router from other network

Please define "other network".
Do you mean from a host not in the same subnet as the devices?

If so, you should not do that. While possible, such scans are usually blocked by firewalls. If it is your subnet, there should be no need to scan from a different net (you will get better and more reliable data when scanning from the same subnet). If not, doing so is illegal in most - if not all - countries.

Therefore you won't get any specific answer here.
