How to draw crystal report table(box) based on database values

I have to draw the table(Box) in crystal report based on the database values. height and width are fixed(14points X 72points) for total table, and inside the table or box, small rows and column or boxes will come which varies the size based on database values. Please suggest how can i process.

What I have tried:

Using Format object border i tried to display border none. But its not workout for my requirement.
