How to display only top half of image in picture box

Hi guys could not find answer I needed so will ask here.

Is it possible to have a picturebox control

Lets say this control is the size of s playing card and the image is a playing card(ace of spades for example.

Is it possible to keep the size of the picture box the same but only paint the top half of the Ace of Spades in the control?

If so can you direct my research on where to start looking
