@font-face issue in html

I have use

HTML

<link href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans:300italic,400italic,600italic,700italic,800italic,400,300,600,700,800" rel="stylesheet">

this link for website font-family,
when launch website in a local host and lost internet connection this font link is not working.
get the solution this font-family is proper work when internet connection lost.

What I have tried:

I have download this font and set .css file for @font-face,
but show all character are different before website.
