I want to develop an webapp like notepad.so i need to write a code for a menu.Before that i want some confirmation whether it is possible or not using jsp

Did you even partially consider using google? I tried it with the search phrase "menu with jsp", and got 21 MILLION results back.

i am working on google market place and doing examples.So i need to develop webapp like notepad and i should place that app into google market place.i have notepad like normal destop application.i want to develop this app as web app.So please guide me how to develop webapp like notepad.
