Hello Everyone,

I wanted to put out this question to the code project universe because allot of my cohorts in class are using netbeans and eclipse. I am currently on a MacBook Pro.

I was introduced to programming using Xamarin Studio. Now that we are moving into java/clojure, our instructor only had instructions for PC users and not Mac users.

just wanted to hear some opinions from experience.
I do live the auto error detector from xamarin, and i would like to also have it for this class since we will be building programs on it.

Sincerely

Juan

What I have tried:

I use to use Xamarin Studios but I want something better to work on.

Netbeans or eclipse are the most popular IDEs for Java development. You need to try them and decide for yourself.

Also, as previously suggested, your question would be better posted at Clojure - Community Resources[^]
