File audio in attachment

I would like to ask a question. For this I need to attach a small wav file. At a first glance it seems no possible. Or am I wrong?

You can't attach to questions here. Why would you want to?

I was wondering if it is possible to decrypt into clipboard (instead of into a new file) an encrypted audio file and then play it. So the code needs this small file in attachment

If you want to ask a question, type it out. If you can't explain it in words, then how is a sound file going to help?

Rather than wasting time trying to work out how to hack the site to upload a sound file that nobody will ever listen to, put your effort into asking the question.
