How can i calculate average of time values driven from excell inro datagridview in win forms

Good day,

I'm working on a project which aims to.
1- Track all the wmployees daily meetings with full users access based on the function and based on maker and checker.

2- The employees results (daily - monthly)

Part 1 is done and i'm stuck in part 2

What i'm stuck in right now is how to calculate average column field from datagrid that is driven either as imported from excel into datagridvieq or populated from MS olesb access

Noting that the time values i need ti average should be in the following format (HH:mm:ss). The average may be for more than 5000 record by monthly basis

So please i need a silution on hot to do it.

What I have tried:

I've trued several methods

As
For each row as datagridviewriw in datagridview1.rows

'Populated the columns into listboxes for easy equation

The declared some variables aome as as Date and some as TimeSpan to manipulate the time values

I succeeded but when the records exceeded 1400 4ecord it gives an error rwlated to data type conversion
