Why can't i edit my website [url deleted] in frontpage 2003

i first created and edited my website [URL Deleted] using frontpage. I am not able to edit it any loner using front page. i am not a website specialist, any help in this regard will be appreciated.

tried editing website through frontpage.
tried editing website through edit option under file tag in I.E.

I have deleted the site address from your subject line: if this is a genuine query, then we don't need it.
If you are just trying to get traffic to your site, you will be banned from this one...

Without a far deeper description of what the problem is or any error messages there's just no way anyone is going to be able to answer this question. "It doesn't work" is not a problem description.
