Protect PDF without using Password

I m using ITextSharp.dll for creating pdf document. After saving that pdf document, it should not converted to Docx file through online. How to protect that pdf witout using password.?

Solution 1

It makes no sense. If some software can render the file to show it to the user, it can extract all data it can show.
Isn't it logical?
