how to set password for iis

hi to all,
Is there any way to set password for IIS. if i enter IIs means in run command inetmgr or else in all program want to allow only if password enter. not for site authentication.if you want to open IIs first ask Password and then u go into it.thanks in advance

No, you cannot. But you can control it using something like Group Policy.
