how to trigger a oracle procedure on daily,weekly and monthly basis

I want to sent emails from C# project to users based on alert type(daily,weekly and monthly). I have stored email details in oracle table. And i have c# web services in my project.

Now i want to call that web services from oracle by daily,weekly and monthly.
How can trigger my procedure by daily,weekly and monthly.

Solution 1

You schedule a Job in the Scheduler[^]
But it's easier to do in the enterprise manager gui than scripting it
