how to assign multiple ip address for one domain

I have purchased a domain for eg. www.abc.com

and I have 2 static ips 1.2.3.4 and 5.6.7.8

domain www.abc.com is pointing to ip 1.2.3.4

now problem is that i need to point domain to new ip address 5.6.7.8 when primary ip adddress not accessible.
