How to remote change Registry on client1 PC?

I have this batch code:
reg add "HKCU\Control Panel\Desktop" /v Wallpaper /t REG_SZ /d "D:\2.jpg" /f
RUNDLL32.exe user32.dll,UpdatePerUserSystemParameters

to change this pc's desktop wallpaper, how can I change it to change client1 pc desktop wallpaper?
