Why I am unable to install windows service on another machine?

I am unable to install windows service on another machine?

I have windows service which is working fine in my local machine with Windows XP OS. The service account is LocalSystem.I tried to install the same to another machine with Windows 7 OS by copying the needed files. The dot net framework files are installed in the machine.

On executing the Installation batch file as administrator I am getting the below exception
Could not load file or assembly.....The system cannot find the file specified.

Solution 1

many times as I faced this issue.It is problem of VS version.I faced issue with VS2015
add solution poroject with VS 2010 then open the same with VS 2015 It will resolve your problem.
