How to validate the values of PDF Templates fetched from a directory with the values of Excel Templates fetched from another directory in c#?

I am having a folder where there are PDF Templates with Unique Id say 1,2,3 etc. There is another folder where there are Template Id fetched from excel Template. I want to compare the Unique Id of the PDF Template in a directory with the Template Id of Excel Templates in another Directory and validate the Excel Template Id missing if any after comparing.
