Where to find some resource about 'shell.application' methods and properties ?

Hi all,
I would like to make a script for displaying the size of a folder in windows explorer. I am using AutoIt for this. So i need to find some information about "shell.application" object. I searched in MSDN but didn't found what i need. I need to know how to get the currently selected folder and it's size. Is there any book related to shell.application ?.
