Hi all,
I need to get a video from a website. That website hasn't any download button. I can explain. A TV channel (let us call them A) produced this program in 2015. The TV Channel i work for (let us call them B) bought this program from 'A'. And 'B' orderd me to translate this program. But they want this work done by just 5 days and that merely impossible. I want 10 days to finish this work. When i noticed the time problem to 'B', then they said 'A' is making things worse. Because 'A' won't gave the video in correct time. Then i said 'B' to discuss with them. After discussion, 'B' got a solution. All these videos are in "A's" website. But that site hasn't any download button. They told us to capture the video when it is playing in the browser. So we did it. But there is a problem. The captured video is annoying. It is not smooth. sometimes there is lot of jerkings in that video. So i am in search of other methods to download the video. I know VB.Net, AutoIt and some basics of python. All my programing exerience was in desktop application area. I don't know how to deal with Web. I am considering this as an opportunity to learn web programming. So i am seeking proper guidance. Thanks in advance.

If your company B has bought the rights to the program from company A, then company A should send you the true copy of the video for you to broadcast. A screen capture of any kind would seem to indicate that something not right is going on and that either your company B is in dispute with A and they won't release it, or company A does not own the rights to the video in the first place.

Either way, this isn't a technical problem that we would help with: you need to get the people who paid for the video talking with the people they paid and sort it out that way. Trying to download a file from a site that doesn't provide a link sounds a lot like illegal activity and is not something that this site gets involved in.

A little more explanation. 'A' will give the true copy to 'B' right befor 5 days of telecasting. My job is to translate the dialouge. And 'B''s job is to dub the video. They need 3 days for recording and mixing. But i need 10 days to write the dialouges. So 'B' will send me the captured copy and when i finished writing , they will work with the original copy. So i am only one who suffer with the captured copy. 'B' don't want to talk about 'A' for this matter. 'B' 's channel authorities are satisfied because they will get the program finished by right time.

Then you don't have a lot of choice: you will have to work with a screen capture.
If they don't provide a download, it's probably to prevent people getting a "broadcast quality" version for free and they will have taken precautions to prevent you downloading "real" copies.
Sorry - but you're going to have to work from the jerky version, or repeat the capture several times and assemble your own non-jerky version with the right timeline from them. It does sound like you are running out of time for the amount of work that would involve though!

No, it's not the problem of amount. I am doing the same type of work for another channels and they will provide all true copies at my convinience. These people are rigid but they offered me a higher remuneration than others. That's why i am sticking with this.
