How do we can to make a search (button for searchin) in reports

I made a programm related to my work by using access ( tables ,forms ,query ,and reports) and I want to made a new form for searching (main form) when any one enter the name the result appeares but I have faced a problem with reports so they are appearing all the names , I Want what I am searching about not all for printing , is there any way to solve that.(I use access 2010)
