Multiplayer Phonegap/Cordova Game Turorial

Hello. I've been dying to turn my cordova game app into a online multiplayer game, but I can't seem to find any tutorials or anything out there. 3 days I've been slaving on Node.js, but that was what appeared to be a dead end.

I can't find any tutorials, or anything. All I want is to follow a tutorial on making a game for android using Phonegap/Cordova preferably with Node.js which I can make then connect with other people and play. Is this even possible? Other people have done it :(

Please, any help would be much appreciated! I'm literally desperate.
