full path name java.exe in sql developer

hi, please i am new on oracle, i have installed oracle 11g on my computer(local computer)
and now i want to create database,tables and views there by command like as in SQL Server 2008 by using Oracle SQL Developer.
but when i am going through it is asking about full path name.i am giving the path but it is asking again and again just by refreshing.

now please help me for that.
and i want to give screen shots here but how i don't know.please help me

Not what exactly you did to get to this point. Anyway, please don't give any screen shots. They are hard to use. The essential information is textual, and anyone can copy the text to clipboard.

sir i am not able to use sql developer .it is asking me full path name when i am giving the path of java.exe and then click ok.again same window is open there.
