Where can i get Streams.h and baseclasses?
It is for FreeMediaType function.

I have found _FreeMediaType function code, but still need baseclasses for writing the directshow source filter.

Solution 1

If you have already installed all of the appropriate SDKs then you need to update your include path to include

$(WindowsSDK)\Samples\multimedia\directshow\baseclasses

If you haven't installed the SDK then you should do so - read the Building DirectShow Applications (Windows)[^] documentation.

You should also learn how to use a search engine such as Google or Bing.

There are no "Samples" directory.

I have tryed this already several times, but installer writes, that all my SDKs are up to date.

That is why i ask people, already having baseclasses and directshow.
Also locating Windows SDKs samplales directory would solve the problem.
I remember, that already seen somewhere written, that Windows SDK samples to be downloaded separately. And could be, i have already had installed it or at least thyed to install, or seen the samples installer in my computer.

Installation of SDK for Windows 7 and Net.Framework 4 fails even i try to install only the samples.

Installer determines .NET Framework in Windows 10 to be pre-release version on lanch.

Solution 3

I decided to install SDK for Windows 7 and .NET Framework 4 on clean users' notebook with Windows 7 operating system.
In progress.
Filling to get success.
