Unexpected error in GenerateResource

Hello,

When I try to compile my application in release mode, I receive this error:

I had added the next code into may app.config file, but the error is the same.

<GenerateResourceNeverLockTypeAssemblies>true</GenerateResourceNeverLockTypeAssemblies>

I think it could be a compatibility problem between Windows 10 and 7 version, but I couldn't fix the problem.
