Direct Uploading on Youtube API V3

Hi I am working on Window Service, that is responsible to upload video on YouTube.
I am using youtube v2 API , Here is the Example link https://developers.google.com/youtube/2.0/developers_guide_dotnet?csw=1#Direct_Upload[^]

Now i want to move on youtube api v3, because of from last few days i am getting issue on V2. its not working properly.
I read youtube V3 document, but i did not found Direct uploading. i can not use browser based uploading because i am using Window service.
