Merge OptIn Form with Free Leadpages Template

Leadpages.net provides a bunch of free landing page templates which I would like to use.

The problem I've experienced is integrating the signup forms from my autoresponder services.

The services (MailChimp, Benchmark Email, and Infinity Responder for WordPress) all provide preformatted form code.

The problem is that I can't just plug these form codes into the template and expect them to work. They look unprofessional and there are usually technical malfunctions which break the form.

Please help me merge this template code with this Benchmark Email form.
