Does OpenNMS tool also monitor services?

I have a question regarding OpenNMS (http://www.opennms.org[^]) tool. I want to use this tool to monitor windows services, SQL server, Oracle server, Teradata and web application. Please let me know whether it supports monitoring all of these servers including custom Windows services?
