Unfortunately Database has stopped. How can I solve this?

I make a android application.Just i make a simply signup page and i want to insert data in my database(sqllite). my code is right .but when i run my programe but where unfortunetly given a message database has been stooped what i do please help me.......

Not clear at all. Frankly, I never faced a "stopped database". What is it supposed to mean, exactly?

SQLite database does not run by itself unlike mysql or oracle. So, I have to ask you, what is the name of your application? Is it "database"?
Try to go through your code line by line by debugging and try to find out the erroneous line. Also try to read the exception printed in debug window. If you still have problem, then improve your question, post the error message and if possible post the relevant codes.
