convert image filesystem to image datatype

Some image files store in D: drive.
I want to convert those specified location image files to image datatype into image table.
How can i solved above problems?????
Please anybody help me...

You need to explain the following: 1) what is "image filesystem", 2) what is "image datatype", exactly, especially in terms of SQL?, 3) what is "convert", in this context?
