Network Port often blocking

I have a device on the corporate network that is blocking the door with frequency to solve the problem have to enter the Switch CISCO and run the command (at the door shut to start). There is another way to automate this process, the network port is always the same. Is there a way to solve this problem via script always lock the door the same Reboot automatically?

It all rather depends on what interface is available on the switch.
